Looking forward to the Dies Natalis with eager anticipation? Even though there will be no Dies Natalis Stockings filled with goodies, this year’s programme promises to be a real treat. I am looking forward to hearing our own professors Rolf Zwaan, Marise Born and Henk van der Molen, and of course honorary doctor professor Geoff Norman who will enlighten us about problem based learning. I sincerely hope that many colleagues and students will join us on Monday 8th November. Not only will the session be in English throughout, but more importantly, the main topic of the day is pivotal to addressing one of the biggest issues we have: how to increase success rates  in all of our faculties.
