Two compulsory courses are offered as part of the human rights specialisation.

In term 3 the 4216 course Human Rights, Law and Society will deepen your insight into the inherent, political, economic and other structural constraints of legal systems.

In term 3, the 4303 courseĀ Realising Rights and Social Justice will provide a range of critical insights and practice-related skills that help in realizing more socially-just human rights outcomes, even in the most unpromising circumstances.
