Omar has been quoted in the Dutch media on this topic, including an article in the Volkskrant newspaper (23 April 2015).

Barghouti noted that the EU has declared the construction of settlements to be illegal. ‘This means that products originating from settlements should not appear in the European market. Israel steals our land, our water. In the city of The Hague it is surely not the case that products are offered to people with the label “just stolen”? The Netherlands must do more to live up to its international law obligations.’

A brief report highlighting research ouputs and other activities by researchers attached to the ISS Research Group on Governance, Globalisation and Social Justice (GGSJ) has just been released.

The report can be downloaded here.
